DAOSA Natural Reserve 8th Release
Tense and sculptured with a long mouth watering finish.
Made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier based on the 2023 vintage, blended with older reserve wines aged in oak. An exuberant mousse slowly subsides into a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold tinged edges and a fine, persistent bead flowing through it. The nose is filled with aromas of pear, roasted almond, citrus and yeast lees which are trailed by some oily baked bread like notes. Stimulating the palate are pear, citrus and delicate strawberry fruits which are underscored by notions of oily baked bread, almond and yeast lees characters. Tense, sculptured mouth feel with crisp acidity and a long mouth watering finish.
