A light, crisp Sparkling with a tense feel and dry, chalky finish.
Pours with an exuberant mousse which overlays a pale straw, pale gold tinged base. Fine persistent bead with the nose extolling aromas of green apple, citrus, roasted almond and subtle oily toast like notes. Crisp sculpturing acidity frames nectarine, green apple and citrus fruits with some delicate oily toast and honeyed elements in the background. Vivid and tense in it’s feel with a dry, chalky finish.
Alc. 12%
