Impressive creamy white mousse, showing very good hold. Very fine bead, showing excellent persistence. Pale straw colour base wine. Delicate biscuit and yeast lees on the nose with a touch of dry hay as an end note. Creamy palate texture – showing flavours of light peach and cream followed by a hint of baked apple. Clean acid finish. An excellent example of the style.
