Moderate white creamy mousse that quickly dissipates. Very pale straw base colour with fine but only moderately persistent bead. Delicate aromas of sherbet, citrus and pear. The palate is quite dry and displays flavours of citrus, green apple and baked bread. Almost creamy like texture. Dry clean finish with aftertaste of citrus and baked bread.
