A fine mousse quickly dissipates revealing a pale salmon coloured base that has a delicate stream of bubbles. Subdued nose with subtle peach and apple aromas melding into some toast. Fruity peach, ripe apple, strawberry and mango flavours intermix with a dash of citrus. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity. Aftertaste of peaches, strawberries, mango and subtle toast. A simple, fruity sparkling.
