Carpano Dry employs both wormwood and a native herb of Crete for balanced bitterness, while a dose of citrus helps lighten the finish. Fresh, lifted aromas of ripe grapefruit, dried herbs, orris root and delicate bitterness. Breezy flavours reflecting the bouquet are dry, clean, grapey.
