An exuberant mousse folds into a pale straw coloured base that has a generous stream of fine bubbles flowing through it. Ripe pear and baked apple aromas mix with some quince and citrusy lees like notes. The palate delivers a concentrated flavour profile of ripe pear, baked apple and quince over a honeysuckle and lees back drop. Creamy mid palate feel with crisp acidity and a thirst quenching finish that shows good length.
