Burdekin Distillery Vintage Cane Spirit (700ml)

Essentially the same product as Burdekin's Blanc, only it's aged for between three months and two years in Pedro Ximénez barrels. A wonderful new addition to the Australian rum scene, this manages a beautiful integration of wine and spirit, at first vibrant and dry, then rich and lingering as the sweet sherry introduces flavours of dried fig, fading with chilli infused dark chocolate and delicate vanillas. Tasted uncut, it's elegant, super pure and very Cuban. 40% Alc./Vol. Zero additives.
