Building on the foundation of the JP Edition, Second Giru Cane Spirit is created from fresh crushed cane from the 2024 harvest and elevated by a higher proof. Burdekin source local sugarcane, then single pass distill resulting in a British Navy (Coral Sea) strength expression. The spirit presents traditional French Caribbean aromatics of cut grass, sea and minerality, and a smooth palate of salt and aniseed. . There are no additives. One for purists and lovers of Clairin or Rhum Agricoles. 600 bottles produced at 54.5% Alc./Vol.
