Pours with a fluffy mousse that subsides to reveal a pale straw coloured base that’s finely threaded by a steady stream of bubbles. Aromas of pear and red apple mix with some delicate honeysuckle and lees notes. Generous pear and red apple fruits are delivered with excellent concentration over a subtle citrus, sherbet and lees back drop. Crisp acidity with a dry finish that shows a plenitude of flavour.
