Brimoncourt Brut Regence Champagne

A Chardonnay dominate blend. Superb creamy white mousse that shows excellent hold. Once dissipated it reveals a pale straw pale gold base wine colour. The bead very profuse and exceptionally fine. Refined scents of citrus, baked bread and yeast lees greet the nose followed by hints of sherbet and baked apple. Dry and elegant with flavours of citrus and baked bread racing across the palate over a backdrop of yeast lees and subtle cashew. Dry refreshing finish with a light chalky texture and good tension from the acidity. Aftertaste of citrus, baked bread, yeast lees and cashew.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
