Borgo Molino Prosecco Extra Dry DOC Treviso

Pours with a fluffy white mousse which dissipates to reveal a pale straw coloured base that’s finely threaded by a steady stream of bubbles. Distinct pear and red apple aromas blossom from the glass with hints of musk, citrus and sherbet also evident. Fruity pear and apple flavours drive the palate with some citrus and sherbet like characters on the back half. Airy mouthfeel finishing dry and scrumptious.
