Inspired by the legendary dessert, tiramisu, this collaboration between Capitano and Boatrocker showcases its definitive flavours - coffee, chocolate and cream - along with Capitano’s addition of hand-roasted hazelnuts. Combined with traditional bittering agents such as gentian root and Turkish rhubarb, Boatrocker have created a novel amaro with a rich, creamy feel and a long, mouth coating finish. It's a fair departure from most Italian expressions, but it'll be a perfect partner to tiramisu, or simply enjoyed on its own at the end of a meal. 30% Alc./Vol.
