Distilled using fresh makrut (kaffir) lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass and kumquats alongside more traditional ingredients such as juniper, coriander, angelica and orris. Beyond the slightly subdued, citrus-led bouquet, this shows good weight and mouthfeel, with a fresh, spicy vibe throughout that features lime peels, coriander seeds, pepper and gingery warmth. The finish is fresh and feels slightly acidic (more lime juice), true to the key botanicals. Just a few cubes of ice draws out the citrus oils and fluffs up the palate.
