Four Grain Overproof is a robust, higher-ABV expression of the Melbourne-based distillery's bourbon-style whiskey. Bottled at 50% ABV rather than the standard 40%, it maintains the classic four-grain mash bill (corn, rye, barley, and wheat) aged in high-char virgin American oak. Expect bold yet balanced notes of vanillin and brown sugar, sweetness from the corn, gentle rye spice and a hint of mint on the nose. Great to drink neat with a drop of water, or as a base in spirit forward cocktails.
