Blind Tiger Piper Cubeba Gin (500ml)

A new gin from the tiny 'Deluxe Distillery', located in West Belgium, not to be confused with a gin of the same title produced by Angoves in Australia.

The name stems from the Prohibition Era, when speakeasy establishments circumvented the strict liquor laws by selling tickets to see a 'blind tiger' in a back room and throwing in a complimentary gin cocktail. Botanicals include cubeb pepper, malted barley, lavender, orange blossom, ginger, green cardamom and liquorice root, among others.
