Bleasdale Blanc de Blancs

Made from Chardonnay grapes. Pours with an exuberant frothy white mousse that shows good staying power. Pale straw colour with a very fine bead showing excellent persistence. Pear, citrus and apple scents are followed by subtle baked bread and yeast lees notes. Refreshing pear and citrus fruits are intermeshed with bready yeast lees characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a lingering lemon sherbet like aftertaste.
