Fine pale creamy mousse. Fine bead, showing very good persistence. Delicate nose of light lemon with just a touch of yeast lees. Creamy palate texture, with light lemon background flavours. Clean acid finish. Excellent balance and a touch of sherbet on the aftertaste.
