Bertrand Uberach X 10 Year Old Single Malt French Whisky (500ml)

A rather extreme Alsatian malt whisky that's spent a lot of time in x-Banyuls casks (heavy sweet wine). Some compare it to a heavily sherried Scottish malt (PX we presume). Double-pass distilled in copper Holstein column stills and bottled at high strength, this release is often praised for its rich, unctuous profile of gingerbread, confit orange, crème brûlée and hazelnut. A dessert in a glass! Limited to around 250 bottles per batch. 55.1% Alc./Vol. Non-chill filtered.
