Beenleigh Tawny Barrel Rum (700ml)

Drawn from x-Galway Pipe Tawny Port barrels filled with both column and pot-distilled spirit, this soft, well-rounded rum offers aromas and flavours of molasses, peppermint rock lollies and dried fruits, dappled with hints of blueberry and drizzled with young muscat. French oak adds spice, balancing the sugars, as does some caney freshness through the cinnamon and fruit cake finish. 3000 bottles are on offer. 46% Alc./Vol. 2022 release tasted.
