Bakery Hill's collaboration with Hop Nation Brewing is back for its fourth edition. At 9 years old, this latest expression is crafted with seven years maturation in American oak ex-bourbon casks which brings a rich foundation of vanilla, caramel, and oak. They've then ramped up the flavour further with an additional two full years of finishing in an ex-Hop Nation Brewing - Imperial Stout cask — a vessel with its own unique backstory. Prior to its time with stout, this cask held Bakery Hill Eldorado sherry cask whisky, leaving behind a subtle but unmistakable imprint of sweet, juicy fortified nectar. The result is a layered, evolving profile where vanilla sweetness, stout richness, and lingering sherry influence converge. Limited to 178 individually numbered bottles. 53% Alc./Vol.
