Rested for ten months in old oak barrels. Pale straw gold. Opens with interesting aromas reminiscent of split green wood, dried eucalyptus leaf, dill pickle and brine. Soft, moderately oily mouthfeel follows through with a medium bodied, semi-sweet, smoky beeswax and dried herb profile and delicate black pepper aftertaste. Complex and well rounded. 38% Alc./Vol.
