Notes from the producers... Nose: A fragrant and vibrant nose of roasted marshmallow, golden syrup and pineapple. With a moment to unfold, it reveals the luscious aromas of ripe bananas, persimmon, and caraway seeds. Palate: Luxurious and creamy, with mango, coconut flesh and liquorice allsorts offering a palate that balances power and vigour with finesse. Finish: A lingering, pillow-soft finish with bursts of raspberries, poached pear, and a subtle hint of spearmint.
