Abati Regali Prosecco Brut

Pours with a white frothy mousse that shows reasonably good hold. Very pale straw base wine colour with a very fine bead that shows excellent persistence. Aromas of citrus and pear are followed by hints of toasted bread and baked apple. Light, moderately creamy and relatively flavoursome the palate has pear and baked apple characters over a touch of baked bread and citrus. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pears, baked apples, baked bread and citrus.
