Marrying juicy mangoes, pineapples & passionfruit balanced by refreshing citrus, happily, it still tastes like gin rather than a sweet flavoured vodka; there's a judicious handling of the fruits with semi-ripe pineapple and dried mango merely suggested, followed by a subtle pineapple sweetness and a touch of passionfruit sorbet.
