Watervale in the Clare Valley is home to some of Australia’s best’s Rieslings. It’s here that Ben Riggs sources fruit from the Brysky vineyards to produce this zesty lemon lime filled Riesling.
Brilliant water like core with green tinted surrounds. Intense lime, citrus and orange rind scents leap from the glass trailed by some green apple and distinct chalky talc like notes. Mouth watering lime, citrus and green apple fruits meld into an orange rind, chalky talc and mineral laced back drop. Crisp acidity with a long, zesty finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
