Textured and intensely flavoured with a long mouth watering finish.
Fifty percent barrel fermented in old French oak puncheons to enhance the wines texture. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Green apple, lime and pear aromas intermingle with fresh herb and wet stone notes. Fleshy pear, green apple and lime fruits are delivered with impressive intensity and textural shape. Infusions of fresh herbs, faint almond and a saline like minerality linger across the back half. Crisp acidity with a long mouth watering finish.
