Racy passionfruit, green apple, lime and gooseberry flavours over a subtle herbaceous grassy back drop.

A blend of 63% Semillon and 37% Sauvignon Blanc with a small portion of both varieties fermented in seasoned French oak. Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Passionfruit, gooseberry and grassy asparagus scents jump out of the glass trailed by hints of green apple and flinty mineral notes. Racy passionfruit, green apple, lime and gooseberry flavours overlay a subtle herbaceous grassy and citrusy mineral back drop. Zippy acidity with a long, dry, energized finish.
