Vibrant and fresh yet gorgeously textured.

Brilliant water like core with green highlighted edges. Fragrant peach and fresh apricot scents sail out of the glass followed by whiffs of honeysuckle, musk and delicate ginger spice. Displaying excellent intensity and textural shape, the mouth is filled with delicious peach, pear and apricot fruits which are supported by subtle honeysuckle, musk and ginger spice elements. Supple in it’s flow, it has lively acidity and a long vibrantly refreshing yet gorgeously rounded finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

This wine has stepped up in recent years and this is another very good release. It tastes of fennel, apricot kernels, tonic water, brine and aromatic citrus, the latter stepping into blossom-like territory. There’s also a smidgen of mandarin. It’s effusive and it’s delicious, though it’s just a bit serious too. I like it very much. Drink 2026-2030.
