Intensely flavoured and slippery textured with a long finish that shows plenty of zest.
Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Sailing through the nostrils are scents of pear and red apple skin followed by some musk and delicate quince notes. Possessing excellent intensity and a slippery textural feel, delicious pear and red apple fruits are underscored by refreshing acidity. Notions of musk, ginger and flinty mineral characters are also evident. Finishes long with plenty of zest.
