2025 Yering Station Village Chardonnay
A nicely shaped, mid weighted Yarra Valley Chardonnay.
Brilliant pale straw colour with glistening green tinged edges and a watery hue. Nectarine and peach skin aromas mix with whiffs of gun flint, dried honey and biscuity oak. Nicely shaped flavours of white peach, nectarine and dried honey infused with gun flint meld into a biscuity oak back drop. Fresh underlying acidity with a mid length finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc. 13%
Other Reviews….
Yering Station consistently delivers the goods at this pricepoint, and this is no exception. Brightly coloured with aromas of stone fruits, yellow apple and just a touch of lemon oil. It's textured through the mid-palate before finishing gently pithy and long. Tick. Drink by 2028.
