2025 Water Wheel Vineyards Chardonnay

Rich, full and creamy textured with ample length.

Fermented in French oak puncheons and demi muids. Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peach, crème brulee and bacon fat mix with hints of honeycomb and spicy nougat. Rich, full and creamy textured, the palate is filled with spicy peach, honeycomb and bacon fat flavours with some crème brulee and nougat elements also evident. Ample in it’s length and volume, it concludes with plenty of spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
