2025 Voyager Estate Coastal Cabernet Sauvignon

A generously fruited yet refined Cabernet blend.

A certified organic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot with 30% of the blend matured in French oak barriques. Midnight black dark red colour and a vibrant dark red hue. Attractive red currant and red liquorice scents drift through the nostrils complimented by subtle tobacco, vanillin cedar, earth and bay leaf notes. Rich red to black currant, red liquorice and blueberry fruits cascade across the mid weighted palate with a juicy feel. Mulberry, cedary tobacco and spicy bay leaf elements fill out the back half. Fine grained tannins with ample freshness to the generously fruited yet refined finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
