A mouth watering Sauvignon Blanc that shows terrific intensity and has a long snappy finish.
Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Citrus, green apple and lime aromas are joined by some herbaceous grassy notes and minerals. Bursting across the palate with terrific intensity are mouth watering passionfruit, gooseberry, green apple, herbaceous grassy characters and flinty mineral elements. Crisp acidity with a long snappy finish.
