A fresh, fruit driven Chardonnay that carries medium palate weight.
Wild fermented with maturation taking place in French oak barriques (3% new) for a period of 7 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and nectarine scents are trailed by some quince, honeydew melon and spice notes. The fresh mid weighted palate features fleshy pear, melon and nectarine fruits over subtle biscuity spice elements. Vibrant acidity with traces of fig highlighted across the fruit driven finish.
