An elegant mid weighted Yarra Valley Chardonnay with energetic acidity and a delicate medium length finish.
Fermented and matured in 100% French oak puncheons, demi muid & barriques for 8 months, 12% of which was new oak.
Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine, pear and dried honey mingle with biscuity oak and gun flint notes. The elegant mid weighted palate is detailed with nectarine, pear, lemon butter, biscuity oak and gun flint flavours. Energetic acidity lending freshness to the delicate medium length finish.
