A delicious central Victorian Pinot Gris that Shows impressive concentration and textural shape.

Copper pink tinged colour with a watery hue. Elevated pear, peach and red apple skin aromas are trailed by whiffs of quince and spice. Showing impressive concentration and textural shape, the palate features mouth filling pear, red apple and quince fruits over a delicate spicy musk and wet stone like back drop. Dry with brisk acidity, it finishes generously rounded with a long savoury aftertaste.

Grigio gets serious and what a treat. Strolls the border of grigio-gris territory with aplomb, bringing the flavour intensity of the latter with the zippiness and freshness of the former. Blush hues, lively aromas of fresh-cut red apple, stewed and spiced apple, pear, peach, citrus skin and a light spice. Beautifully composed, lightly textural and delivered in crunchy fresh acidity. Tired of grigio? Think again. Drink by 2029.
