2025 Sons of Eden Pumpa Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich, deeply fruited and sturdily built.

A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Shiraz and 1% Cabernet Franc sourced from vines aged between 37-48 years old with maturation taking place in a mix of new and seasoned oak hogsheads.
Impenetrable inky black in colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Intense blackcurrant, tobacco and dried herb aromas jump out of the glass followed by some cedar, black olive and spicy earth notes. Rich fleshy blackcurrant, mulberry and more subtle liquorice fruits are framed by a sturdy tannin structure. Cedary tobacco, dried herb, earthy black olive and spice elements unfold across the back half. Concludes with a deeply fruited yet refined finish.
