A mouth watering Watervale Riesling that has a long racy finish.
Brilliant water like core with a subtle tinge of green to the surrounds. Lime, citrus and orange scents jump out of the glass with impressive intensity. Talc and chalky mineral notes also chime in. Mouth watering lime and citrus fruits combine with some green apple, orange rind and chalky mineral elements. Crisp invigorating acidity with a long racy finish.
