2025 Provenance Henty Pinot Gris

Rip, fleshy and texturally luscious.

Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated aromas of pear, Jonathan apple and quince fill the nostrils followed by whiffs of musk and honeysuckle. Rich, juicy and texturally full, the palate is awash with pear, ripe apple and musk favours. Gentle honeysuckle and ginger elements linger underneath. Excellent concentration and volume with fresh acidity and a long dry to off dry finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.

A bright green gold. With its aromas of apricot, white pear and acacia, this is both concentrated and beautifully fresh. The palate is ripe, fleshy and balanced. Another lovely example from Provenance to drink now and over the next two to three years. Drink by 2029.
