2025 Praeter Stolen Moments Rosato

A juicy yet tangy Rose with excellent textural volume.

Made from Nebbiolo grapes. Salmon orange in colour. Citrusy blood orange scents mix with water melon, musk and stony mineral notes. Quite juicy yet tangy, the palate is layered with concentrated strawberry, blood orange and raspberry fruits. Excellent textural volume with Turkish delight and spice elements lining the back half. Brisk acidity with a long dry finish that’s open and supple.
Drink over the next year.

Rosé made with Adelaide Hills Nebbiolo.
Fabulous wine. Yes please and then some. Flavours of strawberry, roses, toffee apples, apple core and myriad sweet/roasted spice notes. It has tension, texture and drive but it’s also juicy and more-ish. Great gear. Drink 2026-2030.
