2025 Pooley Pinot Noir

Light, supple and delightfully fresh with moreish red fruits powering across the palate.

Sourced from Pooley’s Cooinda Vale Vineyard and select growers in the Coal River and Tamar Valleys with maturation taking place in a mix of French oak barriques and puncheons for a period of 10 months.
Semi translucent red to dark colour with black toned edges and a light vibrant red hue. Showing wonderful fragrance out of the glass are perfumed like scents of violet, red cherry, strawberry, red plum and anise. Notions of fresh herbs, gentle forest floor and spicy cedar are also apparent. Light and supplely textured, moreish red cherry, red plum, strawberry and red liquorice fruits power across the palate. Infusions of fresh herbs, forest floor and subtle spicy cedar lend further sophistication across the back half. Delightfully fresh, it has polished tannins and a long juicy finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
