Long and expressive with a gorgeously rounded finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated pear, lime and red apple scents are trailed by wet stone and an oyster shell like minerality. Delicious pear and lime fruits are shapely in their flow across the palate and carry excellent concentration. Subtle green apple, delicate infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral characters sit in the background. Refreshing acidity with a long expressive, gorgeously rounded finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.

Limes, pears, white flowers and wet stones on the nose. Open and balanced, with good acidity and a chalky texture. Approachable now, but better in 2028.
