Pear and lime fruits with a river stone like feel and some salinity detailed across the finish.

From two parcels, both north-facing, very near to Premier Cru Montmains. Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of pear, dried honey and subtle almond mix with hints of lime and oyster shell. Pear and lime fruits carry a river stone like feel across the palate with wet stone, delicate dried honey and an oyster shell like minerality lingering across the back half. Brisk acidity with some salinity detailed across the finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
