Brilliant water like core with green tinged edges. Lemon and lime scents jump out of the glass trailed by whiffs of orange rind, chalky talc, wet steel and minerals. Mouth watering lime, citrus and orange rind flavours are delivered with fabulous intensity and textural volume. Wet steel, green apple, chalky talc and mineral elements form the underlying core.
