Pours with an exuberant mousse that slowly dissipates to reveal a straw coloured base with pale gold edges. A generous stream of tiny bubbles threading its core. Citrus and green apple scents are trailed by some pear and sherbet notes. Crisp and minerally the palate has a racy flavour profile of lemon, quinine and green apple skin. Finishes bone dry with a chalky feel.
