A dry, steely Riesling that finishes tense and chalky.
Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Pronounced lime juice, lemon and orange rind aromas fill the nostrils trailed by some wet steel and chalky mineral notes. Crunchy lime juice, lemon and orange flavours have a crisp underbelly of zippy, mineral infused acidity. Dry and steely it finishes tense and chalky.
