Brilliant water like core with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Aromas of lemon, lime juice and green apple fill the nostrils with some chalky talc and steely mineral notes also evident. Crunchy lime and lemon fruits dominate the palate with notions of green apple, talc and chalky mineral elements the undercard. Tense and focused in its feel, it has crisp acidity and a long precise finish.
