2025 Kooyong Clonale Chardonnay

Concentrated and gently creamy texturally, it shows great refinement across the long finish.

The Clonale Chardonnay is sourced from Kooyong’s Tuerong and Balnarring vineyards and is matured in a mixture of French oak barriques and puncheons (14% new) for a period of 9 months.
Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted edges and a watery hue. Delightful white peach, dried honey and nectarine aromas drift through the nostrils trailed by biscuity nougat, subtle cashew and spice notes. Refined in nature yet impressing with it’s richness and textural properties, delicious white peach, nectarine, dried honey, biscuity nougat, delicate cashew and spice flavours flow seamlessly across the mid weighted palate. Perfectly balanced acidity with a long gently creamed finish. A very impressive Chardonnay for the price.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
