A mouth watering Watervale Riesling with terrific drive and intensity.

Brilliant water like core with green highlighted edges. Punchy lime, lemon and orange rind scents jump out of the glass trailed by some talc and chalky mineral notes. Boasting terrific drive and intensity, mouth watering lime, citrus and orange rind flavours inundate the palate. Green apple, chalky talc and steely mineral elements extend across the back half. Tense and sculptured in its feel it has crisp acidity and a long zesty finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.

The 2025 Watervale Riesling is tightly coiled and water-white in flavors, with lemon zest, green apple, white flowers and a hint of pear. This is fresh and crunchy and defined by its purity and clarity. It's a wine that has a surprising ability to age despite the price point and one that looks so good in its youth. This is a compelling wine for the money….
